Does the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard 45-1240 have 2 Upper Bars Like the Picture

Does this bar come with the double hood protection bar as seen in picture?

The Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 45-1240 does come as seen in the pictures (minus the driving lights). So it will have that second, upper bar. The instructions which I have linked for you also show it this way.
There are other versions of the Sportsman grille guard that have a single bar up top but # 45-1240 has both bars.
