What is American Wire Gauge AWG of Cabling Supplied with Superwinch Terra 35 Winch # SW1135220
Question:
I am interested in knowing the wire gauge size AWG on the Blue, Yellow, Red and Black power wires of my Superwinch Tera35. I will need to cut the factory installed ends to trim the wire length for my unique install. I want to make sure I get the right size ends. Thanks in advance for your time.

I checked with my technical contact at Superwinch regarding the American wire gauge (AWG) for the various cables included in their Superwinch Terra 35 winch, part # SW1135220. Each one of these cables - blue, red, yellow and black - is 10-gauge.
In case you need some wiring connectors for your custom installation we do offer butt connectors for use with 10-to-12 gauge wiring like this. We offer a pack of 5 Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connectors as part # DW05745-5. A 10-pack is also available, part # DW05745-10. If you prefer non-heat-shrink connectors we also offer a set of two butt connectors # 05732-2.
If you have ongoing needs for wiring items we offer a Trailer Wiring Installation Kit # HM51020 that includes an assortment of butt and quick-splice connectors, wiring clips, zip ties, a circuit tester and a wire crimping tool.
