Cool-colored light, especially that with a high color temperature, promotes driver alertness, as opposed to warm-colored light, which promotes relaxation. Color temperature is based on chromaticity, which refers to the quality of a color rather than its luminance. Today we're going to review part number VX-L9006XS. These are the Vision X 9006XS Halogen headlight bulbs, super white color, and a quantity of two. This part number we would ship it to you just like this in a nice, hard plastic case to protect the bulbs from any damage. Once you get them you just pop them open. Once you open up the case and you go to handle the bulbs or go to install them you always want to hold the bulbs by the base itself, the plastic portion. You don't want to actually touch the glass with your hands, and the reason that is is the oil residue that's on your hands, if you touch that glass it'll stay on the glass portion. What'll happen is when you install these and turn them on they're a high temperature bulb.
That oil on the bulb will cause it to either crack or shatter. You don't want to touch the glass portion. You always handle it by the plastic base. These are halogen bulbs which will replace your vehicle's factory headlight bulbs, gives you improved brightness and increased visibility. This part number is a super white beam that has a blue tint. It resembles the high intensity discharge lighting, and that'll reflect better off of the road signs and the markers along the highway.
Also it will shine up to about 30% brighter and up to about 25% further than your factory bulbs. This bulb has a high color temperature which improves visibility, promotes driver awareness, and also increase your depth perception, reduces eye strain and fatigue. Has a durable, long-lasting construction - about 250-hour lifespan. It is a fast and easy installation. As you can see right at the bottom here you just plug this into your vehicle's existing headlamp sockets. Now, these bulbs are Department of Transportation compliant.
The specs on this part number is the quantity is two bulbs, the bulb type is 9006Xs. The wattage on it is 55 watts at 12 volts. Brightness is 900 lumens, and the color temperature is 5300 degrees Kelvin. These bulbs do come with a lifetime warranty. Bought lights for my Jeep Grand Cherokee limited and they work very well. I no longer have the Jeep. I now own a 2005 Ford F-150 and wanting to purchase better light bulbs for it any suggestions?
Perfect fit into my 2002 PT Cruiser Touring Edition. They are much brighter than the manufactures head lights. I am happy with my purchase.

Works great so far, the case the bulbs came in did came damaged, looks like they were dropped and cracked, but other than that they work great! and therefore the crack wasn’t an issue since the bulbs themselves wasn’t damaged. I’m using these on my 2006 Yamaha YZF 600R headlight bulb. Install was easy and they look good. Came with 2 bulbs. 1st photo is the low beam the second is the high beam.
good product at decent price. Not as bright as advertised but that maybe my headlights being foggy. But they still look better at night
These bulbs are a great replacement for your stock low beams. I just wanted a white light instead of the incandescent orange. They are a tad brighter and do make things better to see. Installing is easy on the left side and the right side just needs a little more work.

Low beam bulbs for my GMC Sierra SLE. I just received them and have not installed them yet. However, I want to compliment etrailer for the fast and efficient service they provided. I ordered the original bulbs myself using the decision tree provided me. After a couple of days, I called to follow up on my order (because they were out of stock) and Bill, one of their service reps reviewed my order and found a cheaper pair that were in stock. When I asked what was the difference in price, he advised me that I had ordered bulbs made by a smaller manufacturer; the replacement was equally as good but made by a bigger company. Several days later, I received the bulbs. Great service!

Besides a little fitmentg issue, had to trim the lights to fit in to re housings. I Love the lights another seem to be holding up fine.
Thought too they’d be brighter and look a little cooler blue but you guys are the best and I won’t be quitting you guys. Still have not put toe on floorboard I ordered for my 03 Acura MDX. Quick take me thru? Should get it on and I’m sure it’s easy.

While these new bulbs absolutely are brighter than the original OEM bulbs, they weren't exactly what I was expecting. I thought they were the super bright blu"ish" colored lights that I'm seeing on other cars coming at me these days. So my expectations were a little off but that doesn't change the fact that these are as advertised and are definitely brighter.
Great light bulbs, had them for a whole year. Still running strong. I'll buy another pair again makes my cars look nicer. Nice bright white color.

besides a little shipping snafu, (still arrived inside the shipping window) the lights are nice and white about the same as stock halogen as far as brightness overall the are good for the price. how long they last we shall see thank you guys for the quick customer response.

Vision X offers a bulb with the same light output and color thats a fit for a 2005 Ford F150, the part number is # VX-LH13. Since you were pleased with the performance of the bulbs in your Grand Cherokee, these bulbs will work perfectly for you!
