Hey everybody. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. And we're taking a quick look at the tailor-made, solar-powered, overhead light. This is going to give you a pretty easy way to keep any area illuminated whenever you approach. Also going to be kind of a security feature to have that motion detection. So if something's move around outside, that light will kick on.

Let you know. Also just makes it easy to have that light come on whenever you're walking by. So you're not having to flip lights on and off. Now it does mount like this. So the light's going to shine out and down.

It has the solar panel on top. So that'll absorb all of the sun's rays and provide us with that light. Our LEDs are here at the bottom.To turn it on and off. There's a switch here on the back, so you'll need to turn it on before you actually mount it in place. And then it does come with some hardware to mount this.

It's just going to be two screws and two anchors that this is going to slide over onto. So if I turn this on, it's going to detect that it's pretty bright in here, but then if we get in a little bit closer, turn out the light, you can actually see that it's going to be. It'll come on. And I'm going to let this kind of sit for a minute until it goes dim. So right now at its top illumination, it's about 135 lumens.

And the motion detection sensor has a range of about 30 feet and it goes in 180 degrees around that sensor. So I'm trying to hold this still. So it'll go to its, kind of, standby-mode. You can see it's going down there to where it's just barely visible. I know you probably can't even see that there, as soon as I move it, that light comes back on.So there's not really a good way for me to show you the range of this with my setup here, but it does work and it's very responsive. So it should be a great fit for just about any kind of spot that you'd want to put this. Turn our light on. And that's another nice feature, is that whenever it's bright outside, the light automatically goes off. So you're not going to be wasting any power in this being on all the time, even during the daylight. And you're not having to turn it on or off. Excuse me. You don't have to turn it off to get it, to do that.As far as measurements; give you a couple quick specs here. So side to side, it looks like it's about six and three quarter inches long and about four and a half inches deep and about two, two and a quarter thick. It's kind of hard to see. About two and a quarter inches there. Our mounting points, center to center about three inches between those two spots.That's pretty much all there is to it for our quick look at the tailor-made solar-powered, overhead light.
