Ellen: Hey, everybody. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're taking a quick look at the trim clip assortment and fastener kit. This is going to give you a bunch of different clips and fasteners to make sure if you're taking out any kind of panels or getting it into any kind of threshold, or maybe you're getting into your hood shroud to change out your fan or any other kind of maintenance, a lot of times you'll end up breaking the clips. This is going to give you replacements to make sure you can get those items back in place so everything can get buttoned up as it should.This particular kit is going to be for the Honda and also for your Accord or, excuse me, Acura vehicles. I had a Honda Accord, so that's why I think of it. It's one of my favorite cars.

But this clip kit is going to help you to get all those things, again, buttoned up.So let's take a look. It does come in this nice case, so you can keep all those things housed. If you're working in a shop and you want to have an assortment of these, you can have these kind of stacked up. They're pretty compact. They don't take up too much space.

You can stack them vertically if you want to, kind of. They also do have little tabs, so you can hang these if you've got a peg board or something like that. So some options.But I do like that it has everything kind of put together, and again, you can stash this underneath the seat if you have a Honda yourself and you just want to always keep it around or put it in a toolbox or something like that. So let's take a look at what's inside, shall weOpen it up. We do have a little guide as far as all the parts that are in here, so you kind of can see all the descriptors.

It doesn't tell you exactly where each clip should go. A lot of times these get reused in different spots. So kind of can find these in multiple places. Some of them will be specific though.So here we've got a grill clip. That's one example.

This goes for your grill. Front and rear bumper push type retainer, so that one should pop up in those places. Another push type retainer, typically you have a several styles of this. Trim panel retainer, these break all the time, just because they're hard to get to without breaking. So this is kind of nice. You get 20 of those.Hood seal retainer, so that holds onto the seal that goes around your hood to keep out any kind of water. Weather strip retainer, again, kind of self-explanatory in the name there. It does have a little foam piece to go underneath that to help that watertight seal. Next we've got up pillar garnish side and trunk lining push type retainer, so pops up in a couple of different places. Kind of nice that they give you that heads-up in the name.Center pillar screw grommet, so you should have some hardware that goes into that. Radiator grill clip, again, pretty self-explanatory in the name there. Retainer clip, those pop up a lot. Front fender push type retainer. So if you're doing anything in your wheel wells or with the fender, you can get those replaced. Another style of retainer clip, it looks like a big arrow. Front fender skirt push type retainer, so this one's already put together. Those two little pieces kind of thread in place. Retainer clip. Another retainer clip. Front fender push type retainer.So you might have so many of these different types because it's going to fit multiple models of Hondas and Accords. So there might just be a different style for different vehicles, or you might have all these different ones in one vehicle at a time. Body side marker clip, and finally our side marker clip.So a lot of pieces. Again, should be a good kit for just about anything that you might work with. It might not fit every single vehicle going all the way back, but a good swath of those Hondas and Acuras should work with this. I might have said Accords again. Just can't not think of Honda Accord.But that's pretty much it for our look at the trim clip and fastener kit. I hope this helped in deciding if this is the right kit for you.
