Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Flex-A-Lite 1000 Airmover Multipurpose Fan. Now, this multipurpose design is going to direct airflow where you need it most. It's going to offer a steady stream of airflow, so it's going to be great for racers who need to cool their car between rounds. It would also be great in the garage, to quickly clear smoke or fumes or to even keep you cooled off as you work. It's going to feature a light-weight and compact design. Located right here, it has a built-in handle that makes transporting the unit pretty simple and pretty easy. One of the things that I like about this unit is that it can really be used in a variety of positions: This is one position here.
You can also tilt it back, use it in that position, direct airflow at an upward angle. It's got feet on the bottom, one right here and one right here, so that's going to keep it steady if you choose to use it in this position right there. So you just got a wide variety of positions that you can use the unit in. Now, this is going to offer a high-velocity performance. It does come with the power cord, it's designed to plug into a 120-volt AC outlet. Then you'll notice that right here on the front of the unit it's going to feature another electrical outlet, an on-and-off switch; and then this white button right here is going to be the circuit breaker reset button.
But the electrical outlet, located right here, built into the housing, that's going to allow you to connect multiple airmovers together. Additional units are sold separately, but that way you can daisy-chain airmovers together, to get the airflow that you need. The unit's made with durable, injection-molded plastic, that's blue in color. Features a very strong and durable design. It's designed to last a long time. The fan on the inside is going to be protected; so that way, a hand or item really can't get in there through this area or through this area.
So it's nice and closed off, really great design, and again, it is going to be protected. Now, when it comes to the overall dimensions of the unit, I took a measurement from very front to very back, going this direction, so I did that. I got a measurement of around 19-1/2". When it came to the overall width at the widest point, which is these areas here, do that measurement, and got a measurement of around 17-1/2" wide. The overall height, got a measurement of around 8-3/4" tall. Now, when it comes to the airflow, it's rated at 900 cubic feet per minute. A lot of airflow with this unit.
Amp draw is 2 amps, it's 115-volt. The product itself only weighs around 17 pounds, and your power cord is around 14' long. That's going to do it for today's look at the Flex-A-Lite 1000 Airmover Multipurpose Fan.
