Today on our 2014 Dodge Avenger, we're going to be test-fitting the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack, using part numbers DA126B and DK046. With our rack assembled according to the manufacturer's instructions, we'll open our front doors and place the front half of our rack on the front portion of our roof line. The Rhino-Rack fit guide tells us that we need to measure 30 centimeters from the middle of the two doors to the center of our foot pack. We'll do this measurement on both sides to be sure we have our feet in line with each other. We'll then go from side to side and tighten each foot pack down a little bit at a time to secure it to our roof line. With our front half secure, we'll close our front doors and open our rear doors, grab the rear half of our rack. This time, we're going to measure from the center of the front foot pack to the center of the rear foot pack.
We should have a measurement here of 70 centimeters. We'll do this measurement on both sides to make sure our feet are even and that our bars are parallel with each other. We'll then repeat the same tightening process that we used for the front here at the rear. With both halves of our rack secure, we can now take the black plastic covers and put them in place. With all four of our covers in place, that will complete today's test fit of the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack, using part numbers DA126B and DK046 on our 2014 Dodge Avenger. .

People at etrailer.com were very helpful, nice and professional.
Thank you carol and george for getting me back on the trail again.
Will definitely be my to go place for all my roof rack, bike rack and other accessories.
Thank you again
Used on cab roof of my truck to securely haul canoe
Excellent results! Excellent instructions and quality rack!
There are very few options for mounting a roof rack on a 2013 Tacoma Access Cab. The Rhino-Rack system ordered from etrailer arrived earlier than predicted. It took me less than an hour to unpack, inventory, read instructions and install. I installed RockyMount Tomahawk bike racks to the crossbars with ease. The setup is stout! Instructions were easy to follow and the system for determining the mounting position of the legs is extremely accurate. sliding the wind covers onto the crossbars was a bit of a challenge, but a little shot of soapy water made the strips slide much more easily. The crew at etrailer made certain that I ordered the correct setup for my truck!
I ordered rhino racks for my Toyota. Everything arrived on time undamaged as usual. Never a problem with etrailer
Thank you for the very speedy customer service! My roof rack is already hear!
The Rhino rack I ordered is decent. However it arrived without all the pieces needed to assemble. I contacted etrailer and they wanted pics of the holes in the box ( which I understand they need to file a claim) Unfortunately I STILL haven’t received the required parts 2 weeks later and I’ve moved (why I needed the rack in the first place)

I will have our customer service team reach out to you.
We installed this rack on our 2005 Toyota Tacoma for our paddleboard. The rack is very sturdy and easy to install. Worked very well for us on our camping trip through windy roads.

Great! Love it still!
2013 Tacoma Double Cab
I have sold and installed my fair share of T&Y racks, but this was my first Rhino product. Overall, the instructions and install process was very straightforward. Some of the small parts were installed at the factory, but the instructions walked you through installing them. No big deal, it just meant I had to back-out a part or two in order to install a prerequisite & related part that was not factory installed. I did have to refer to the Rhino Rack website and download the fitkit documentation to find the on-vehicle install measurements. This was because the included fitkit documentation only covered the regular & access cabs. No big deal, just a heads-up.
Once installed, the fit was tight and looked just as advertised. Some folks have commented on the flimsy tower locks. No, they are not robust (as compared to say Shakima's Q-towers). But it is my opinion that thieves don't steal racks, they steal what's on the racks (bikes, skis, etc). Yes, someone could get past the locks (true on any car rack) and take the whole enchilada. But that would be very obvious and take some time... thieves want to spend the least time possible.
Overall I am very impressed with this set-up when compared to the like solutions from T&Y. Again, I have installed and used MANY racks and I can see no compelling reason to spend more on the other solutions. The aluminum bars (with internally reinforced cross-section) will stand up to weather much better than the coated steel round & rectangular bars (I have never seen one of those bars NOT develop rust even with the ends internally sprayed with Rustoleum and end-capped.
No pics yet as I just installed the rack and it's dark outside.
This rack has been perfect. Adjusted a couple I times to make sure the latches secured to the side door frame properly. But have driven multiple times with 2 kayaks and had no issues even when pushing the weight limit.
It is daunting getting something that fits without having to drill the roof. The system wss easy to install, instructions are concise and etrailer knew the exact parts I needed.
Everything worked out great.
Loved it and it fit pretty well. the only thing i struggled with was part of the installation and the location that the sheet wanted the racks to be placed. After some adjustment everything worked out fine and i love the result. Would recommend. On a side note I thought the bars might look weird compared to the towers, due to size, however they actually look great.
The Rhino Rack I ordered came today and after installing it I can say that it is solid, easy to adjust for fit and looks great! I installed it on my 2014 Tacoma TRD. I'm very happy with it.
Easy installation and it looks great on my vehicle. Shipping was fast and excellent customer service (Teresa J)
Works better than the cheaper ones thats for sure! Great investment!

1 year later, still as good as the day it was installed. Just dont forget about the plastic s on the bottom sides of the rails, wind will drive you nuts otherwise!
The rack went on quick and is very secure. The package arrived within two days. Looking forward to securely carrying my ladder now and a kayak this summer.
Super quick shipping haven't got to trying product on but A+ and beyond for how fast it got here
Ease of order, receipt, installation and excellent customer service is what I received in this order.
Thank you, e-trailer!
