I spoke with my contact at K Source about towing mirrors # KSVS55010 and your 2009 GMC Yukon Denali. He stated that if you tried to use these mirrors you would end up with error messages since your Yukon already has the blind spot detection feature. You would also lose the power folding option. The additional wiring and black control box are needed for models that do not already have the blind spot detection features.

I did contact the manufacturer and because of the cutouts, the lane departure and vehicle blind spot detection functions will not be affected. I spoke to my contact at K-Source and they informed me that the K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirror part # KS70104T does not incorporate the use of the factory blind spot detection system. They will still work for you and retain all other factory features but you will lose the blind spot detection system. For a pair of these side mirrors, you will want part # KS70103-04T. You can definitely shoot some self-tapping screws through the tabs of the CUB Blind Spot Monitoring System # CU94TR to ensure a tight bond along with the 3M tape. As for false readings, we haven't had any reports back stating any issues.

When testing the blind spot detection function of your Cub # CU22XR are you driving at speeds exceed 12mph or is the vehicle sitting and you're trying to test this function? if the vehicle isn't moving at speeds 12mph and up then the sensors will not activate. Other than just resetting the unit the only thing you can really do is make sure that are the connections are correct and fully in place. The easiest way to connect your hitch light to your 2015 Ford F-150 without it deactivating the Blind Spot Detector would be to install an aftermarket 4-Pole Connector.
All you need to do is use the Curt 4-Pole Trailer Connector, part # C58044, and splice into your F-150's lights directly behind the tail light housing. The wire configuration will be:
Yellow - Left turn/brake
Green - Right turn/brake
Brown - Tail lights
White - Ground

K-Source blind sport mirrors # KSCW2000 are custom fit for 2004 to 2008 Ford F-150 trucks but will not fit your 2012 Honda Pilot. What I recommend is # KSC0400 which you can stick to the glass on the factory side mirrors. There aren't any custom options for your Pilot.
