I looked up your 2016 Rpod 179 and the # 328-003-6019R light looks a lot like what you have. I can't be sure without measuring your light but this one is 5-3/8 inches in total diameter. The mounting holes are also 4-1/8 inches apart on center.

I reached out to the manufacturer, Lippert, about the problems you were having and they told me the issue is your control module on the Kwikee 25 Series # LC3658373 being the wrong one. They said (rather bluntly):
"You cannot use a Kwikee controller on a Coach step. The correct part number is 301702."
So to remedy this issue what you need is the Replacement Control Module for Lippert Electric Coach Step # LC301702.

If you remove the screen on your vent assembly there should be both a brand and model number listed. If you can provide this then I can give you the correct replacement lid.
