• Help Identifying Underbed Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit in Truck
• Only shot at finding out what was there is if there are bracket still under the bed that would have part numbers or brands listed. I would be willing to bet it was a universal rail kit like the part # RP30035 which uses L-brackets that attach to the truck frame though.

• Troubleshooting 7-Way to Semi 7-Way Adapter Stoplights Not Working
• The problem you most likely are experiencing is due to fact that semi trucks have the turn signals and stoplight circuit on separate circuits/wires. Standard trailer wiring has the stoplight and turn signal circuits on the same wire. So in your situation you would need to wire in the Hopkins Tail Light Converter part # HM48847 on just the stoplight and turn signal circuits and you'll be good. A brake controller would not affect the stoplight circuit at all.
