If you're wanting to get the Adarac Aluminum M-Series ladder rack, this one # AD56FR is the custom fit item for your 2020 GMC Sierra. At this time (April 2019) we don't have any slip on mirrors that fit your 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 so the best option would be a door mounted mirror set like the Wheel Masters # WM6600-2 which will give you a very secure tow mirror.
