Typically utility trailers will just use treated lumber for the flooring. We really only offer vinyl flooring like the RV Vinyl Flooring # TS77FR you were looking at, which is intended for use in an enclosed trailer. You could still use it on your utility trailer but would need a wooden subfloor for it to stick to.
