It never hurts to ask and be sure! You are correct that the Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2 Inch Ball # C45036 does come with the hitch ball already installed. The ball comes torqued on the ball mount to the factory specifications, so it is a step you will not need to do before heading out so soon.

I can see how either way would "in theory" work well, but what we've gotten from our weight distribution manufacturers is that you let it auto level first and then set the system up so that the WD's spring bar tension is accurate for how the vehicle's suspension configuration and not be too severe.
Otherwise if you do the auto-level after the WD system you may end up with the WD and the air system working against each other. view full answer...
