The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13573 does not come with the hitch pin, that is sold separately. This is a 2 inch hitch, so all you need is the following:

The replacement rivets are included with Curt trailer hitch # C13316 for your 2011 BMW X3 but you will need to obtain a plastic rivet gun locally to install them. I have included a link to the hitch instructions that does say the rivets are included.
If you plan on doing some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop, interchangeable ball set, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
