- You can contact the dealer and have them look up the VIN and they should be able to tell you. There is also a sticker on the driver side door jamb that should show where the vehicle was made.
The issue is that on Korean built models there is a hole that is not present on the frame that would have to be drilled using the hitch as a template. All the other attachment points are correct. This is an issue on the sedan models but we have not heard about issues on the hatchbacks.
