This connector isn't something we commonly see in the US and is a separate wiring system. This plug looks to be the trailer side connector due to the plug being a male side and vehicles are normally female connectors. Your tow package port on your 2005 Toyota Tundra will either be above the emergency brake pedal (even taped to it), or behind the kick plate panel to the left of the emergency brake pedal.
