The Rhino Rack # RRVA126B-2 provides the crossbars, but you'll also need the feet # RRRLKVA, and # DK061 clamp kit to attach the feet to the roof of the vehicle.
The clamps attach to the top of the door jambs of the front and rear doors. The clamps are very thin, so they will not affect the operation of the doors in any way, but they're very strong, so there's no fear of the rack coming loose as long as it's been correctly installed according to the instructions.

Yes, the Hopkins Heavy-Duty ArcticGuard Snow and Ice Windshield Cover part # HM17529 will fit your 2005 Buick LeSabre and will do an excellent job of keeping the snow and ice off of your windshield. As you can see from the sample install video, the process is very simple. Just throw the cover over the windshield and secure it inside the vehicle using the included hooks. Valterra ABS water tanks like the # R8024 are baffled every 18" for surge control and made from lightweight ABS plastic, so they're just not designed to handle to additional pressure that is created from an electric water pump sucking the water out of the tank; the # R8024 will only have a single baffle. Using an electric water pump would void the manufacturer's warranty in the event of any malfunction, but you can use this on a hand primed water system.

In order to install this Draw-Tite Receiver Hitch, part # 36309, you will need to remove the rearmost fastener which secures the load leveling control housing to the frame rail and discard it. You will then trim the load leveling control housing around where the previously removed fastener was. See the picture to the right for further clarification.
