Usually you want to have a coupler that fits the exact channel size on your trailer tongue but you should still be able to get a coupler designed for a 3" channel, like the Bulldog Collar-Lok Coupler w/ Pin # BD028244, to fit your 2" trailer tongue by welding on some shims to take up the extra 1/2" on either side of your tongue. Some Nissan Titans and Armadas use a relay for the trailer running lights that's located under the dash to the left of the steering column. There should be slots for three blue relays, and if you're missing one, as shown in the photo, it would explain why the trailer running lights aren't working.
