I have a 2018 Nissan Titan sv 2wd. I tow a 4500lb dry weight travel trailer. My truck has a 1inch rear leveling block installed. Will these still work?

Yes the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit part # RAS4611 will work with your 2018 Nissan Titan with the leveling block installed. There is no interference to worry about. I really like the Active Suspension system not only will it help out a great deal while towing but you will be very pleasantly surprised in the improved handling characteristics when you aren't hauling. I've installed several of these systems and they are easy to put on and is something you can do in your driveway with simple tools.
I've included the video I did on them for some additional details. Happy Hauling!
