Personally I feel the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e36KR will be the least visible receiver for your 2023 Kia Carnival. The design of this is similar to the Curt # C67ER but uses a matte black finish allowing it to blend in better with the factory trim. The Draw-Tite # DT34GR you found I feel will be the receiver most likely to drag on the driveway as it uses a straight square cross tube which sits back further on the ends than our etrailer and the curt options.

The Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC1555 will not fit the 235/55-19 tires on your 2022 Kia Carnival but as an alternative we have the pewag Servo RS # PWRSV80A.
If you're looking for something that is a bit more cost-effective then I recommend checking out the Titan Chain # TC1146. While we have not used the Yakima EXO SwingBase # Y34VR on your 2022 Kia Carnival we have used it on a 2020 Honda Odyssey(see video below), so I see no reason you will not be able to use this on your Kia. The base is mounted on the upper portion of the hitch that slides into the receiver tube. And the arms angle up to help reduce the chances of it contacting the ground on steep driveways or curbs.
