RV AC units typically run off of 115v, which is essentially the same thing as 120v, so the only other determining factor you really need to look for is if the rooftop unit is compatible with your current system, unless of course you plan on replacing the entire system.

The most important thing to do when measuring for a cover is that the cover dimension are only for the box portion of the camper.
