The Furrion Propane RV Range # FR97KR does require 12 volt power for the ignition system on the stove top as well as for ignition and temperature control on the oven. In the event you did not have 12 volt power you can still use the stove top portion but will need to supply an ignition source.
The Top # C-FSRE21SA-SS-003 will fit over the counter so you will not need additional trim unless the cutout is wider than 20-1/8". Then you maybe need a trim to cover the larger opening.

The Replacement Glass Top for Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven # C-FSRE21SA-SS-003 is the only direct replacement cover for the (discontinued) 17" Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven FSRE17SASS and 21" Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven FSRE21SABL, and there isn't another direct option, or one that is going to sit flush with the counter top, though I can definitely understand you wanting one like that after having the glass top break.
The only option apart from replacing your glass top is a universal option which... view full answer...
The Replacement Black Top with Glass Cover for Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven # FR46NR you mention is actually not going to be a fit for your Dometic Range Oven as this product is intended to only fit the Furrion 2-in-1 range oven FSRE17SABL or FSRE21SABL.
However, if you are able to let me know what range oven you have I'd be more than happy to see if we can't get something to work or even a replacement unit if need be. view full answer...

When you replace the glass top part # C-FSRE21SA-SS-003 on a Furrion 2-in-1 Range Oven like part # FSRE21SABL you are replacing the whole top of the oven not just the glass portion. You will lift the old top upwards until it releases from the oven. Push a little and lift up to remove the back of the top covers from the from. Once you have removed the old top, you can replace it by pressing the top glass cover into the stove closest to the knobs first then snap the back in. It has a snug... view full answer...
Yes, you would still need to have a regulator for your trailer's propane system. All RV ovens/stoves typically have a regulator built into them to ensure that the pressure is correct for the appliance. The Furrion RV Cooktop # FGH4ZSASS you were looking at for example, has a one built in as well (pictured below). 1/2 psi is about 11-13" water column, which is pretty standard for the regulator connected to your trailer's propane system. Typically the rest of the appliances that run off of... view full answer...

I attached a review video for the stove with more info for you to check out as well. view full answer...
We don't carry Dometic ranges and ovens, so I can't confirm this, but I do believe the CU-434 you've referenced is actually the range/oven combo that uses the same cooktop/range piece as part CU-423. Because of this, based off what some of our neighbors are saying the Furrion # CFSRE21SA002 is a good fit for your CU-423. We have not tested this ourselves though. view full answer...
The Die-Cast Grate for Furrion Range Cooktop part # CFSRE21SA002 is designed for the Furrion Range Cooktop or 2-in-1 Range Oven so if this is what you have then it would be a direct replacement. We've had this question before and when we checked with Furrion they told us that they discontinued the oven you have and the replacement parts are no longer available so we can't get you the part you asked about.
The best solution for this would be to replace the oven with a newer model like the Furrion 2-in-1 Gas Oven and Range # FR37KR, which would give you a replacement oven and a new range all in one. It's not a perfect solution but because these ovens have been discontinued it would... view full answer...
