I went on Deka's website and found a wiring diagram I have attached below. To install the Deka Battery Isolator item # DW08771 you will want to follow these steps:
Terminal 1 would connect to the positive battery terminal of the main battery.
The original wire from the alternator to the main battery would be removed from the battery and installed on terminal 1.

The NOCO Genius Mini On-Board Battery Charger # 329-GENM2 has the amperage to charge batteries with up to a 120 amp hour rating so your that is rated for 80 amp hours should not be an issue at all. If the battery was totally dead it should have still charged it by now so I'd be inclined to believe your battery might have a problem.

As far as grounding goes if you don't want to connect the other clamp to the positive post on a battery a spot on the frame would also be a suitable ground. The inside dimensions of the box with the lid removed are 8-1/4 inches long, by 5-1/4 inches wide at the bottom of the inside of the box, and 6-1/8 inches deep.
The overall outer dimensions of the battery box are 10-1/2 inches long, by 7-3/8 inches wide, by 9-1/4 inches high, with the lid on the box.
