I reached out to Swagman for you, who said the distance from the center of one wheel tray to the center of the opposite wheel tray is 9-1/2 inches on the Swagman E-Spec Electric Bike Rack # S94FR.
This has about 19 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole out to the center of the nearest bike tray. You can use that dimension on your RV to determine if this could fit without an extender. I have a couple of options for you depending on what kind of bumper your Vanleigh Beacon 5th Wheel has. If you have the 2" x 4" bumper, that is not a c channel, the easiest way to add a hitch is to use the Curt RV Bumper Hitch item # C19101. This hitch simply bolts to the bumper and provides you with a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight.
