I have attached a photo of the Universal Hand Winch Right Angle Mounting Bracket, part # DL24110.
The center to center hole measurements for the smaller holes are 3-1/4 inches side to side, or 2-1/8 inches front to back. The bracket itself measures 5-7/16 inches wide, and both sides are 5 inches long from the center of the bend. The largest diameter bolt you could use would be a 3/8-inch or M10 diameter bolt.
