Yes, the Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater # KH11615 is sold as shown in the picture. It has a corrosion resistant brass construction. There needs to be clearance both inside the engine block as well as outside. The heating element cannot be in contact with anything inside the engine other than engine coolant or it will burn out.
