The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118698 is what I recommend for a 2018 Kia Sportage. In comparison to the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56321, the T-One has a different converter box which is easier to secure and more reliable (better potting). I personally like the Curt Hitch # C13281 over the etrailer # e72TR for your 2022 Kia Sportage because the safety chain loops sit out to the side on the Curt but they sit under the receiver for the etrailer which means you'll have less ground clearance. The best trailer wiring harness for a 2010 Kia Sportage is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118401 because it has a fully epoxied converter box which not only works to keep out water but also works to help hold the wires on the circuit board which is the most common failure point for a trailer wiring harness. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C55529 also has an epoxied converter box but not to the same level as the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness.

The # C13281 and # e72TR Class III hitches are the exact same hitch, both are manufactured by Curt. The etrailer brand hitch has a matte powder coated finish, while the powder coat on the Curt hitch has a glossy finish.

If you will be using the trailer hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier than I recommend the etrailer hitch # e72TR because it does not have the stabilization strap requirement for non-trailer loads like the Curt, # C13281. It also costs less. In fact, even if you were towing I would still recommend the etrailer hitch because it is at a better price point.
