There are a couple of differences between the two. The JetStream bars like # Y00425 are made of extruded aluminum while the CoreBars such as the # Y00421 you've looked at are constructed of galvanized steel. As you've mentioned, the CoreBar has a higher capacity. The primary difference is that the JetStream bars feature the T-Slot channel at the top that allows quick and easy accessory installation, while accessories used with the CoreBars would need to clamp around the crossbar.

You are correct the Hidden Hitch Class I 1-1/4 Inch Hitch, part # 60814 (no longer available), and the Draw-Tite Class I 1-1/4 Inch Hitch, part # 24755, are the same hitch produced by Cequent Performance Products. Both of the hitches will fit your 2008 Acura TL.
The # 24755 Draw-Tite hitch does not include the ball mount and pin and clip. This hitch is sold to someone that might be using the hitch to carry a bike rack on the rear of their vehicle and will not need the ball mount.

I am personally a big fan of the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack part # KU74FR for a few reasons. The first being that the center portion is open so you can walk right up inside of the rack and place your bikes in the cradles whereas for the RockyMounts MonoRail 2 Bike Platform Rack part # RKY10003 you will have to stop at some point and lift the bike up and over the center section.
