With a camper in the bed, and an in-line wiring harness connected, you will retain the use of the 7-Way at the rear of the truck (if it has a factory tow package) but you will not be able to use both at the same time. Either the camper can be plugged in or the trailer. Trying to use both at the same time will overload the electrical system in the truck.

The Curt rail kit part # C16470-204 that you referenced is the style of rails that the Pull Rite 2700 ISR hitch is designed to fit so it would work well in that regard. The issue you most likely will encounter is that the hitch can't slide far enough back to allow you turning clearance based on the length of your truck bed.
