All Thule bike racks use the same threaded hitch pin so you can use the Replacement Threaded Pin for Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # 853-5917. This is just the threaded bolt, and you'll need to use the flat washer, lock washer and lock assembly to secure it.
If you need more than just the bolt, like the washers and lock you can use the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2; it will come with everything to secure your bike rack to your hitch.

We have wheels and tires that would work well for you. You would need to know what bolt pattern your wheels have though. If you have a 5 lug bolt pattern the part # AM30670 would work well. This has an 65 mph speed rating and inflates to 90 psi when cold.

I do not see that anyone makes a receiver for your 2017 Lexus RC 350 F Sport and this is likely due to Lexus saying a receiver should never be used for trailer towing or carrying any additional load with that vehicle. We do have a hitch that will fit your 2022 Lexus RX 350 with the Curt # C73DR. This hitch will still allow you to use your liftgate sensor, but you will need to kick to either side of the receiver as opposed to just swiping your foot under the bumper.

I did some checking but it doesn't look like Thule offers that silver anchor piece from the Fit Kit # TH186044 as an individual part. To my understanding the fit kits from Thule generally aren't pieced out so that you can get individual parts so I would return the kit to the place where you purchased it if they aren't able to do anything about it.
