The only ramp door type hinge we have that is weld on with a removable pin is the Aluminum # PLR1005. While the Ramp Door Hinge # PLR1902 you found does not have a removable pin you could weld it to a removable plate on the trailer which would then allow you to remove the entire ramp along with the hinges. view full answer...

The Redline replacement hinge you referenced, part # H300, measures 3- x 72-inches but is not pre-drilled. This is because this part is designed for multiple installation methods - by welding or by use of fasteners you supply. We also offer a stainless steel version, part # SH300. These hinges do not carry a specific weight capacity since that will depend on the strength of the surface they mount on. For a 150-lb door I recommend the stainless steel hinge # SH300.

It looks like the # BV0534-00 would work for you since you said that your roof vent has the same style of hinge that this cover has.
When picking out a replacement roof vent cover the most important factor is the hinge style. Since yours has the continuous hinge then the # BV0534-00 would be the correct one to use.

Unfortunately, Fulton doesn't offer a a folding coupler hinge kit for a 2 x 2 inch trailer tongue. I have heard from some of our customers that they've used a couple of pieces of 1/2 inch steel plate plate cut to the appropriate size to shim out one side of the 2 x 2 trailer tongue so a hinge for a 2 x 3 hinge kit like the # FHDPW230300 weld-on or # FHDPB230101 bolt-on hinge can be used. view full answer...
Most likely we have what you are looking for but you will need to first determine what vent you have on your trailer.

To pick the correct cover, you will also need to know the type of hinge you need.
