  • Available 2-Inch Ball Pintle Hooks for 2-Inch Hitch
  • We do not offer any trailer hitch receivers for the 1995 Hummer H1 but we do have 2-inch pintle hooks and hook/ball combinations for 2-inch balls that you can see on the linked page. The hook with the longest available shank is the Curt # C48004. This pintle hook is rated for 20K and is 14-1/2-inches long.

  • Availability of a T-1 Harness for a 2008 Hummer H3
  • As your H3 was not equipped with the tow package, the Hardwiring Kit you referenced, part # 18252 is what you would need. I have provided a link to an install video you can refer to for assistance. The video shows the 4-pole being installed on a different vehicle, but the procedure would be the same. You would use the tester to probe the wiring behind your tail light assemblies, to determine which circuit to tap each wire of the harness into. have a helper activate the right turn signal,...

  • Availability of 1-7/8 Inch Trailer Ball For EZ Hitch Adjustable Ball Mount Part # AM3296
  • I have spoken with one of my contacts with Andersen Manufacturing who tells me that a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball is not available for the EZ Hitch Adjustable Steel Ball Mount. I understand that they currently have no plans to offer one. Your best bet would be to go with the EZ Hitch you were looking at, part # AM3296. For your smaller trailer that uses the 1-7/8 inch ball, assuming that you are needing a maximum of an 10 inch drop I would suggest an adjustable ball mount like part # TK5007...

  • Availability of Rubber Mud Flaps for 2007 Hummer H3
  • We can offer you two options in a set of rubber rear mud flaps but for the front tires on your 2007 Hummer H3 we offer only the plastic type, part # HL56711 from Husky Liners. We do have rear rubber mud flaps from Rock Tamers and Roadmaster that you can see on the linked page. Both use your ball mount (or tow bar) as a mounting point and they secure with included hardware, no drilling required. I recommend the Rock Tamers flaps because they are fully adjustable as shown in the linked video.

  • Best Supplemental Braking System Available for a 2006 Hummer H3
  • The most popular supplemental braking system that we have to offer is the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. This sits in your 2006 Hummer H3 and presses the brake pedal at the same time and with the same intensity as the brake pedal in your tow vehicle via radio frequency. This is actually a universal system that can easily be adjusted for various vehicles. Keep in mind that a complete flat towing setup will also include a base plate kit, tow bar, tow bar wiring, and possibly a high-low adapter....

  • Availability of Replacement Lamp with Clear Lens for Lippert Kwikee Steps
  • Unfortunately, Lippert does not offer a clear lens or a replacement lamp with a clear lens. However, I do have a solution that would work for you. I'd recommend using the Optronics # UCL60CB. It's about the same diameter, and is an LED lamp so it would be brighter, draw less power and last much longer. It's also comparably priced. It's also submersible, so water getting on the lamp won't be a problem. The mounting holes are at 2-1/4 inches on center, as opposed to the 1-1/2 inch for...

  • Availability of Extra Long Shank for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System
  • Your H3 has a 2-inch Class III hitch on it. We do offer hitch extenders for this hitch size but the issues with using one of them is that many are not suitable for use with towing/weight distribution systems, and all of them will reduce your hitch capacity by 50-percent. For example, MaxxTow Hitch Extender with Step # MT70069 gives you 13-1/2-inches of additional length from your hitch tube but with it cutting your hitch rating in half it will then be under-rated for use with a 4000-lb...
