There is not an inner gooseneck coupler square tube we carry that has the 3.5 inch outer dimension you referenced. All of the square gooseneck couplers we carry from all brands have the inner sleeve outer measurement of 4 inches on each side like the Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler Inner Tube - Square - 2-5/16" Ball - 25,000 lbs # BD1289210300.
If you need to have something custom made for your dimensions, then I recommend using the Gooseneck Coupler Head Kit # GC-HEAD to give you the connection... view full answer...
The only offset gooseneck coupler we offer is the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200 that has a 24k capacity.
The only couplers we offer with a 30k capacity would be one like the Bulldog Coupler part # BD0289500300. view full answer...
I have a solution for you, and it sounds like you're just looking for either an offset gooseneck ball or offset gooseneck coupler; you may not need it to adapt to a 5th wheel king pin. The Ranch Hitch # AM3139 is a 5th wheel to gooseneck adapter and is a single piece, so it's likely not what you need. Instead I would recommend using the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler - 2-5/16" Ball - 10" Offset - 24,000 lbs # BWTEXA4200 which will work on a gooseneck coupler and provide you with 10"... view full answer...
I wish I had better news for you but there isn't an offset ball that fits the Ford factory gooseneck hitch. However, depending on the design of your gooseneck coupler you may be able to use the B&W Extend-A-Goose # BWTEXA4200. This coupler features a 10 inch offset for more clearance. I have linked a video review of this coupler for you. view full answer...
I might have a better solution for you. Unfortunately, # 1289050300 Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler only is available in a 22 inch length.
An option you might want to consider is replacing both the outer and inner gooseneck tubes. The Redline Gooseneck Coupler with Adjustable Height, # GCPN-30008. has an adjustable height range of 30 to 38 inches. This gooseneck coupler is rated a 30K and will mount to the 2-5/16 inch gooseneck ball.
The outer tube measures 4-1/2 inches and the inner... view full answer...
The best option I have that would work for you would be to remove the existing square outer tube from your gooseneck trailer and replace it with part # BD0289590300 which includes the outer tube that would weld onto your gooseneck and the compatible inner tube that would act as the adapter.
When you tow a gooseneck trailer, you'd swap out the adapter and install a gooseneck coupler like part # BD1289210300.

There is not an offset gooseneck ball available for the 2018 Ram 3500 with factory gooseneck but the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200 that you referenced can be used so long as your trailer has a 4-inch diameter outer tube. This coupler will give you 10-inches of offset. view full answer...
It sounds like you are looking for an inner tube gooseneck coupler that is 3-7/8 inches in diameter. The smallest one we carry is 4 inches in diameter like the part # BD0287610300. view full answer...

The B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler, # BWTEXA4200, is only available in tube inner diameter of 4". There is the Gen-Y series of gooseneck couplers that have an offset along with shock absorbing features but I am not seeing any with the dimension you are requesting. Please see the attached link for this series if any may fit your needs. view full answer...
I'll start off by saying that you won't be able to use a B&W extender # BWGNXA4085 since those are only designed to fit in B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitches and not the factory pucks on the 2020 Silverado 2500.
It looks like your horse trailer has a V-nose, which is going to help provide a little bit of extra clearance when it comes to making 90 degree turns- so this trailer is a great choice for a short bed truck. In order to determine if you'll need an offset, use the formula below,... view full answer...
All the Gooseneck to Fifth Wheel hitch adapters we offer have a 4 inch square tube, and wouldn't be compatible with your existing 5 inch square outer tube. If you wanted to go with the more standard 4 inch square inner tubing coupler/adapter, you could remove your existing outer tube and use the outer tube of the # BD0289590300 in its place.
If you needed to tow a gooseneck, you can use the Bulldog Coupler inner tube, # BD0288660300. This coupler would be compatible with the outer tube... view full answer...
A sliding 5th wheel hitch base like Curt # C16560 does provide more clearance for making tight turns with a 5th wheel trailer pulled by a short-bed truck. There is no equivalent slider in the gooseneck arena but we do offer a gooseneck coupler with offset which can provide more turning clearance between the truck cab and trailer.
For example, the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200 fits standard 4-inch-diameter outer tubes and provides 10-inches of additional clearance between... view full answer...

If your truck has a fifth wheel hitch that uses industry standard rails (like those sold by Reese, Curt, Valley and Husky), the easiest way to tow the trailer would be to use a gooseneck ball that attaches to your bed mounted rails like the Curt # 16055.
Big Tex tells me they used a Bulldog 4 inch square tube coupler on your trailer, so if your fifth wheel doesn't use industry standard rails, you'd need to remove the existing coupler and install the # BD0289650300 Bulldog Gooseneck to... view full answer...
