I personally feel the 7" Monitor # FR47FR for the Vision S is much brighter than the original monitor 4.3" monitor but a lot of it is likely to do with the size of the screen. The FR87PR is not the solution to the problem you are having. It would be for you if the problem was that the cameras weren't able to power up. Typically what fixes an intermittent connection issue is repositioning the antenna on the camera so that the monitor can pick up the signal better.

Tongue weight is going to be the loaded tongue weight of your trailer plus the weight of any cargo stored behind your rear axle. You don't want to get caught up in changes to the weight on your axles with the trailer attached. Once you find this you will be able to select the correct weight distribution hitch. Also, you need to make sure that the hitch on your motorhome is rated for use with a weight distribution system.
