Since most tow bars have to sit up 90 degrees and then turn to either side to stow you'd almost certainly need to remove a bike rack. - I really wish there was a great solution but nothing we have works mainly because of the number of bikes. E-bike racks are primarily 2 bike racks and when you have to limit them to 5th wheel applications that makes it really hard.
