If you do have the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH56VR installed on your 2018 BMW X5 then you'll need the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring Kit # SH98VR in order to tow a trailer. I checked with EcoHitch. You're going to want their item # 306-X7265 for your 2013 BMW X5 on an E70 chassis. We've had customers install this hitch with backup sensors with no issues.
