Hello Marcus. As far as the Malone EcoLight Trailer, there really is no way to upgrade the hubs beyond the standard grease hubs that it comes with.
It may be possible to use slightly larger tires and wheels, but that will completely depend on the amount of clearance between the tire and the fender. Ideally you want 3" between the tire and the fender, and at least 1" between the inside of the tire and the frame of the trailer.

There are a couple options that may interest you. One very popular option is the Blaylock EZ Jack # EZ-JACK. This is a wedge-style jack. Basically what you would do for a triple axle trailer is turn the curve up, opposite the wheel, and then drive the trailer up on to the jack which will allow you to change a tire. If using steel wheels they can be torqued between 90-120 ft-lbs while aluminum wheels should be torqued between 90-100 ft-lbs. Unfortunately Curt, I do not see a date code in the image you sent in. The date code is going to be a 4 digit number with the first 2 numbers referencing the week of the year it was manufactured and the last 2 digits being the last 2 digits of the year. For the wires coming from the brakes they do not matter as they connect to the magnets in the drum brakes which are not polarity specific. So one wire from each brake will connect to the frame/ground wire as a ground and the 2nd wire will connect to the positive wires coming from the 7-way.
The brown wires running through the axle are simply put there by the axle manufacturer so you do not have to run wiring down both sides of the frame.

That is correct, solar panels systems are simply to recharge the battery and wouldn't directly power anything. They'll run directly to the battery bank. The Zamp inlet you have most likely is just a 2-pole SAE connector with a positive and negative wire ran directly to the battery for you plug in a portable solar panel system.
