• You are going to have to get the Grease Seal # 168255TB and replace the seal included with either the Easy Grease # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K or Standard Hub # AKIHUB-545-35-G-K. We do not have any hub kits which come with the 1.68" inner diameter seal as a kit currently. Both the hubs above are galvanized so they will last longer on your boat trailer since they are more corrosion resistant than a standard painted hub.

• Hey David, thanks for the picture. I was able to track down a spec sheet for your Dexter axle which I have included below. The 031-029-02 bearing is item # 15123 and the 031-030-02 bearing is item # 25580. For a bearing kit you can use part # BK3-110 which will come with both bearings, races, grease seal, spindle washer and cotter pin.

• Hello Marcus. As far as the Malone EcoLight Trailer, there really is no way to upgrade the hubs beyond the standard grease hubs that it comes with. It may be possible to use slightly larger tires and wheels, but that will completely depend on the amount of clearance between the tire and the fender. Ideally you want 3" between the tire and the fender, and at least 1" between the inside of the tire and the frame of the trailer. The 4.80/4.00-8 tires that come with the EcoLight are 4.7"...
