If you're only wanting to replace the condenser (rooftop) unit and retain your air distribution box and thermostat you'll be able to swap in the Advent Air # ACDOM150 that you were looking at. You'll just need to remove the cover for the air distribution box and look for the wire harness that hangs down from the condenser and plugs into the control box.
