According to the manufacturer, the Curt Trailer Hitch # C12110 will only fit the 2004-2008 models of the Toyota Solara. While the frame of a 2007 Lexus SC430 may be similar, we cannot confirm that it will fit. From the edge of your Solara's bumper to the hitch pin hole on the item # C12110 hitch is 5". With this in mind, I recommend the 6-1/2" long Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter item # e43YR. This will give you plenty of clearance to avoid hitting the rear of your car.
