Hey Chris, it sounds like all you'd need to connect the MB Sturgis Propane Extension Hose for Small Appliance # 100284-144-MBS to the Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks # CAM59005 is the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting # 103612-MBS.
You'd just need to connect one end your Ozark stove, the other end to the disposable cylinder port, and then connect the whole thing to the regulator. view full answer...
The propane fitting adapter part # 204129-MBS that you referenced has the propane flow through from the 1/4 male NPT side to the Type 1 fitting side. view full answer...
I'm trying to fully understand your question Charles so excuse me if I am a little confused. The MB Sturgis Propane Adapter Fitting # 204129-MBS the male side is the same as what you would find on a 20lb propane tank. So a hose with a female POL tank connection like the Hose # 100794-120-MBS will thread into this adapter. I hope this is what you were needing otherwise please let me know where I got confused. view full answer...
You will need to either use Pipe Sealant # 37207-30555 or Thread Sealant Tape # 37207-30025 on any non flared fittings such as the end on the Pigtail # 100473-12 you were looking at which threads into the regulator. You do not need this sealant on the tank side as the propane tank has its own seal. view full answer...
The Furrion Propane RV Cooktop # FGH4ZSASS was only designed to fit into a counter. As you can see from the image below the propane enters from below the cooktop. Also the base was not structurally designed to support the weight of the cooktop and pans/food on top of it. view full answer...
Hey Jeff, we have a 12 foot section of propane hose with POL fittings on both ends with the part # CAM59103 that could be used as an extension. We don't have anything shorter though. view full answer...
Hello Patti. We actually do not carry any pigtails with a 1/2' NPT fitting. We could supply you with a 1/4" pigtail but it would require you to find an adapter to go from a 1/2" NPT to a 1/4". We do not carry any such adapters here, but you should be able to find one at a local propane supply/hardware store. view full answer...
Technically you can remove the adapters of the JR Products Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 37207-30395 but there's really no reason to do so, especially because the 6020 you are replacing has the same fittings as this regulator.
For a 1 foot pigtail hose use the MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail w/ Back Check - Type 1 x 1/4" MIF # 100833-12. view full answer...
It will indeed; so long as the connections are correct and your regulator has a 3/8" Male NPT connection (which is very common), since you mentioned needing a 3/8" Female Flare you can use the MB Sturgis Propane Hose # 100040-48-MBS.
This hose has a 350 psi rating, which is much higher than the low pressure your 2-stage regulator will reduce it to. view full answer...
Hey Mark,
The ball bearing is used as a failsafe for the propane hose. If the flow is normal the ball will stay suspended. If the flow drops the ball will be forced against the opening in the fitting and shut off the gas. With yours falling out the hose is definitely in need of replacement. I'm not sure if the Camco Propane Supply Hose - ACME Nut x Male Inverted Flare # CAM59065 is what you're needing but if it's not then I'll just need to know the connection types you're trying to connect... view full answer...
We do have high pressure propane hoses but you will also need to know the length and fitting style you need to narrow it down. The # 100019-36 you looked at has a max pressure rating of 350 psi and has a 1/4" male inverted flare and POL tank connection. I have attached a link below to all of our available hoses which can be filtered down by length, type, and outlet/inlet. view full answer...
I checked with MB Sturgis and the current BTU rating of the # 204024-MBS MB Sturgis Propane Cylinder Connector that you referenced is 200k. It looks like it was uprated from previously being listed as 100k. view full answer...
Hey Shane, it sounds like you're looking for the Quick Disconnect Propane Hose # 37207-31185. This hose is 6' long, has 1/4" male quick-disconnect and a 1/4" male NPT fitting, but also includes an adapter with 1/4" female NPT with a quick-disconnect and shut off valve. view full answer...
Hello Bob. We do have a good gas detector option for you, but the lp gas detector model 7719 is currently unavailable. What I recommend instead is the RV Propane Gas Detector # RS44FR. This is a pretty standard gas detector. Just keep in mind the alarm itself is 4-1/4" long x 2-5/8" wide x 1/2" thick, so please do make sure that this will fit view full answer...
Hello Phil. It does sound like your 1,200 lb bars are too heavily rated for your trailer. I would be looking at something more like 600-800 lb range for your trailer. Something like the Reese Strait-Line Weight Distribution System # RP66073 would be ideal for this setup and it will allow you to re-use the shank from your old hitch. It will work well on trailers with a tongue weight between 400-800 lbs so you would see good results as far as sway control.
