Unfortunately there isn't a fit for a 2023 Kia Soul GT-Line that's compatible with a center exhaust so the only way you'd be able to haul your bikes with this vehicle would be with a roof rack and compatible bike rack. Hey Scott, so your best option will be to go with the new version of the Thule Stacker part # TH830 that fits the OEM bars of your 2024 Lexus NX 450H. The reason for this is that your current Stacker only fits square bars which Thule redesigned their square bars a few years ago and now their current roof rack components won't work with the bars you have.

Unfortunately Kenzie, I was not able to find a fit kit for your 2005 Honda CR-V that will allow you to use your current roof rack components. This does often occur as manufactures change products to conform with the new styling of vehicles today. You will most likely need a new rack like the Inno # IN27YR unless you can find the older fit kit specifically designed for your CR-V.
