There for a while Hollywood Racks didn't have the trike adapter but it looks like it has come back. What you can use is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY84FR. This bike rack has a capacity of 80 lbs per bike and a max tire width of 5".

Many of our ladder racks only show an on-road and off-road weight rating which is what you're seeing. Most of the time that is the rating people are looking for since they're using it to haul equipment around with them. The static rating is typically higher and for most of our ladder racks it is listed in the instructions.

Manufacturers have recently switched to not including the weight capacity of the roof rack because they're engineered to be stronger than the capacity of the roof and people were overloading/damaging their roofs thinking that the crossbar capacity was what to go off of. Most aftermarket crossbars are going to be rated for at least 165lbs. As long as you go with the Thule TracRac SR, which mounts to the stake pockets instead of the inner lip of the bedrails you'll be able to mount certain tonneau covers to the bed of your 2013 Ford F-150. The Thule TracRac SR comes in the following bed length sizes:

There's no information on Snugtop's website on how long their topper is for your F-350 short bed. They just list that they have one which isn't helpful for your question. We have the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells item # Y02-480B listed as fitting camper shells for your truck though. These come with 63" long tracks that can be trimmed.
