Not all trailer hitches have trailer wiring mounts on them like the Draw Tite part # 75940 that you referenced. I would even say that most actually do not. Especially on designs like the # 75940 where only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper. There just isn't a convenient and accessible place on the hitch for it to be. So in these situations if wiring does need to get mounted and doesn't store inside the vehicle hatch you would attach a bracket to the rear bumper fascia.

It sounds like you have the older Hullavator 897XT which was replaced by the Thule Hullavator Pro # TH898. As for if it will fit your new 2019 Audi SQ5, the answer is YES!
What the Hullavator needs is around 28-1/2" inches of bar space and a roof rack with a good amount of weight capacity to handle the rack's 41 lbs plus up to 75 lbs of kayak. With the older Hullavator 897XT, you would need the watersports adapter # THXADAPT11 to work with T-track bars.

We actually don't have a way to install a hardwired brake controller in your 2018 Audi SQ5.
Currently the only solution we have is the wireless Tekonsha brake controller that is similar to the Tekonsha you have. For that you would want the part # TK94FR. With this controller all you need is a 7-way with functional turn signals and the 12 volt power circuit completed.
