I can certainly understand wanting to keep the wheels of your 2019 Audi Q8 out of the saltwater, and while there are hitch extenders that will add distance, there isn't a 36 inch extender that will work.
The longest hitch extender is 18 inches, and there are a couple available that will work with a 2 inch hitch: the Curt Extender # C45796 and Brophy Hitch Extender # HE18.
