A ground wire does not come with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118273 for your 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. You didn't mention using the relays so be sure those are used, and also that they are fully seated, as it can cause the lights not to work if they are not fully seated.
