It looks like there was a Stealth Hitch for the 2012 Panamera which was the SHR35005. It has been discontinued and is nowhere to be found. I cannot recommend adapting the Stealth Hitch to your 2012 model either since it is only designed to fit the 2017-2021 models. Your best bet is to have a hitch custom fabricated for your vehicle. You may be able to have a trailer hitch receiver custom fabricated for your 2023 Porsche Panamera by a local fabrication shop. Currently there are no aftermarket or factory receivers I can find verified to fit your Panamera. We do have the 2" Weld On Receiver # E17 which will help in the fabrication for a receiver.
