Modifications Required to Install Stealth Hitch on 2019 Porsche Panamera

Question:

I am interested in this hitch receiver for my 2019 Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid 971. But the link to the instructions PDF is broken. I would like to know what modifications would need on the vehicle.

I sent an update to have the instructions link for the Stealth hitch part # SH59ZR fixed (they should be up soon) but in meantime the modifications needed to install this hitch are temporary removal of the bumper fascia that will get trimmed before reinstalling as well as trimming of gravel shield. There is no drilling required.
