If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop, interchangeable ball set, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.

The Draw-Tite Class III hitch you referred to, part # 75270 uses Class 8.8 M12x35mm bolts with a 1.25 thread pitch. The bolts would fasten to the weld nuts that are welded to the inside of the frame members.
When you install the hitch, take some time to remove any dirt, grime and road boogers from the threads of the weld nuts. I'll link you to an install video.

The black wire shown in the videos for the # ETBC7 brake controller installation kit is actually one of the conductors inside the included length of grey duplex cable. This grey cable is also offered by itself as part # 10-2-1, sold by the foot. When doing a hardwired brake controller installation of a unit like the Prodigy P2 # 90885 some extra wire from inside this cable is used to make the 12V power connection to the controller through the included 40-amp circuit breaker.
