• The Bosch 3330 filter uses a 3/4-16 thread. For a filter relocation kit, I'd recommend part # D15715 from Derale. The threads on the spin-on adapter that attaches to the filter landing and the remote mount are both 3/4-16, so this kit would work perfectly for you. The kit includes the spin-on adapter, the remote mount, the 1/2 NPT fittings, hose clamps and 10 feet of 1/2 inch ID hose.

• I never recommend having different tires on your trailer at the same time. Maybe if one is a spare and you're only using for a short distance in an emergency but not for regular towing by any means. If you're going to change one tire to a 4.80-12 then I recommend changing both of them.
